In recent years many original corporate events have been organised in Malaga and on the Costa del Sol, in Andalusia. And it has always been a success, especially thanks to the wonderful local cuisine, unique locations and, of course, the breathtaking sea views that this destination offers and which makes it a safe bet at MICE destination level in Europe.

But it is time to go further. Times and customer needs/expectations are changing. Let's reflect on the past and why we need to add more and more original components to make a unique and successful event in Spain today...

Obviously, the evolution of technology comes to mind, media and PR for personal and corporate use, the greater importance of strong visual impact and overall stimulation. The challenge today is to motivate the participants of a seminar (or incentive trip, team building activity, company meeting or product presentation) to attend business events, now that they are used to the same agenda over and over again. And beyond that, to enhance a more active participation of each guest, creating UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES THAT UNITE AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

How do we do it? The trend is clear: themes, entertainment and the now famous concept of "gamification". In other words: keep everyone busy and excited from start to finish.

The most important elements to include are: personalization, dynamism, creativity, exciting and participative games, unusual spaces, originality, stimulating entertainment and a variety of options to choose from depending on the profile of the participant.

Here are some of the latest MICE market creations :

The trend is clear, the MICE client who organizes a corporate event in the South of Spain (Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona, Sotogrande, Fuengirola, Gibraltar, etc) or even in cities like Seville or Granada is no longer satisfied with the "sota caballo y Rey" and wants to receive original, new, daring ideas that will mark his "employees" for a long time.
