Last June, TripAdvisor, the largest travel website in the world, awarded its Certificate of Excellence to the Evenia Zoraida Beach Resort in Roquetas de Mar, which includes the Evenia Zoraida Garden and Evenia Zoraida Park, as well as the Evenia Olympic Palace in Lloret del Mar.
TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence honours those hospitality companies with an average score of at least four (out of five) as rated by the users of its website. Only 10% of all hospitality industry companies are awarded the certificate.
"We’re proud that our properties in Roquetas del Mar and Lloret del Mar have been awarded TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence, which will undoubtedly serve as a motivation to keep up the good work," stated Javier Arnedo, director of the Evenia Zoraida Beach Resort. "Our team is committed to quality, for which reason we’re always striving to provide the best services, with excellent cuisine and the best in facilities for family holidays," he added.
Over 670 guest comments posted on TripAdvisor’s website mention the quality of the services at the Evenia Zoraida Park. Eight-one percent of the comments rate them as "Excellent" (with 259 comments) or "Very good" (with 280). For its part, the Evenia Zoraida Garden has received 317 comments, with 101 guests rating the property as "Excellent" and 113 "Very good". As regards the Costa Brava, the Evenia Olympic Palace in Lloret de Mar has received 185 comments, of which 76% rate the property as "Excellent" (with 77 comments) or "Very good" (with 65).
