To achieve a better quality of life in cities through the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). This is the objective of Green Digital Charter, the new initiative of the European city network Eurocities. The aim of the initiative is to promote local actions in order to meet global challenges like climate change, thus ultimately achieving more sustainable cities.
Last April, politicians and technology experts from all over Europe involved in Smart Cities met in the French city of Rennes, at the forum organized by Eurocities on the digital transformation of cities. The idea behind the event was to put technology providers in touch with local administrations to carry out together this transformation of European cities.
Vision Communication assisted Eurocities in the organization of the event, carrying out a communication campaign that included, among other things, social media coverage and the production of a promotional video and summary.
