Ultramar Event Management Adapts Conventions to Clients' Needs with Meet in Colours

Ultramar Event Management, TUI Spain's MICE division, has just launches Meet in Colours, a methodology based on colour psychology and behavioural theories which allows the company to adapt events to the needs of each client.

By means of associating corporate objectives and requirements with four colours, Ultramar Event Management identifies the communication style, hotels and venues, and specific activities that are best adapted to the established needs of companies. Ultramar Event Management has launched a webpage (www.meetincolor.com), containing a simple application, allowing clients to identify the colour of the events that they are planning in a matter of seconds.

“Meet in colour” is the result of Ultramar Event Management’s efforts to innovate, exploring new formats and paths to increase the effectiveness of events by adapting them to clear-cut objectives. Along these lines, the company recently launched “Convention Express”, a new concept in sustainable service especially designed to meet the demands of an industry in a stormy economic climate. Ultramar Event Management has adopted innovation as a tool for discovering new opportunities for itself and its clients, alike.
