Turispad Collaborates in EMEA Executive Meeting

Last April, the EMEA executive meeting of a well-known America multinational was held at a magnificent spa hotel in El Vendrell (Tarragona).

The technical support of the event, featuring elements of collaboration, interaction and team building, and structured around several work sessions, was handled by Turispad.

Each work group was given iPads for viewing the different presentations of products and results, which included several interactive elements when the participants were asked to vote or answer questions in real time, thus helping to stimulate debate and discussion.

Likewise, the main session was presented in the format of an interview with four of the company’s chief executives, using the iPresenter platform supplied by Turispad, during which the participants asked the presenter questions in real time, who then transmitted them to the interviewees for a reply. The questions that could not be answered during the session were saved to be answered at a later date.

Turispad also handled the installation and configuration of a mobile wireless network for support and/or as a backup connection, thus ensuring optimum session results.
