Traduceclic.com provided the simultaneous translation services (Spanish-English, English-Spanish) for the 20th Permanent Seminar in Public Administration and Economy held in Madrid from 13-14 April 2010.

Traduceclic.com was commissioned by the Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute Foundation to provide simultaneous translation services for the seminar, held at the Economic and Social Council in C/ Huertas 73, Madrid.

The seminar was resounding success thanks to the collaboration of the Community of Madrid, IMAP, FIIAPP, and the Agency for Quality Assurance, as well as the participation of well-know personalities such as Marcos Peña Pinto, chairman of the Economic and Social Council (CES), Maria Luisa Carcedo Roces, chairwoman of the Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality of Services (AEVAL), Alfonso Cuenca, vice-director of Justice and Public Administration of the Community of Madrid, Jose Nuño Riesgo, director general of Quality and Civic Services of Madrid City Council, Antonio Fernandez Poyato, director of FIIAPP, Jose Varela Ortega, chairman of the Jose Ortega y Gasset Foundation, and more than 180 participants from all over the world who attended the event to assess the public policies and service quality in Europe and Latin America.

Traduceclic.com successfully handled the simultaneous translation of the keynotes given by Claes Elmgrem, an analyst of the Swedish Agency for Public Management, and Gregg G. Van Ryzin, PhD, associate professor of the School of Public Affairs and Administration, Rutgers University, New Jersey.
