The Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA) will once again be hosting Greencities, the Energy Efficiency in Buildings and Urban Spaces Show, scheduled to be held from 14-16 November. This professional event is a platform for showcasing trends and solutions for improving the sustainable use of energy in cities.

Visitors to the show will be able to familiarize themselves with the key aspects involved in acquiring a series of responsible habits that contribute to reducing energy consumption both in urban areas and in individual buildings. These aspects include those related to the use of efficient materials and systems for building, air conditioning, lighting, rehabilitation, sustainable mobility, applied technologies, home automation, urban planning and sustainable architecture.

The show will include an exhibition area for products, solutions and innovative services; an experience area geared to "intelligent cities"; the Greencities Classroom where workshops and business presentations will be conducted; and the "+ Innovation + Efficiency" area, incorporated in the previous edition for presenting new developments and innovative products and services related to energy efficiency in buildings and cities.

In addition, the year’s edition of Greencities will also include the "Zem2All" and "Green e-Motion" areas, designed as meeting points for companies and institutions participating in important international projects related to electric transport.

Greencities’ programme will also include technical seminars with keynotes and presentations addressing different issues, in addition to a series of parallel activities in which the institutions taking part in the show will be able hold meeting or presentations keyed to the general public.

Moreover, the 3rd edition of Greencities will continue with its "Abstract" programme in which academicians, researchers, PhD students, trade professionals, company directors and experts can submit their work on energy efficiency.
