Third Cod Festival at Pando Restaurants

During this year's edition of III Cod Festival, Pando Restaurants will offer its clients a full menu dedicated to this tasty and wholesome fish, one of the typical ingredients of Andalusian cuisine.

On 12 March, the restaurant and catering company Pando inaugurated its III Cod Festival at its Seville restaurants Pando Centro and Pando Cuna. This year’s festival will feature a full menu based on codfish, with starters and main dishes, as well as set-course lunch or dinner for €35.

The starters include Granada salad, breadcrumbs with cod and orange, black olives, hardboiled egg and paprika, smoked cod carpaccio with tomatoes and asparagus tips in raspberry vinegar with bilberry jam, and the main dishes, cod with mango and elvers, and cod à la reine, a house specialty.
