Leadership, design, innovation, sustainability and well-being are the watchwords of the Roca identity, and this is what this new gallery transmits to its visitors.

Officially opened on 13 October, the Roca London Gallery, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, offers visitors a unique Roca experience.

SONO collaborated actively in the gallery’s audiovisual project design and execution, installing the following: 46" Ultra Slim monitors in video wall format (3x2.3m) with a Fluxus ultrasonic flowmeter; nine 40" interactive touchscreens and ten 10" screens with an integrated media server screening information on the product lines displayed in the gallery; a fully-equipped meeting room with a video-conferencing system; a CCTV system for screening "Rituals" (a film about bathroom rituals) on the gallery’s walls using wide angle lenses; video screened using the WatchOut system; and more than 30 loudspeakers providing the venue with a complete, all-purpose audio system. All the equipment is controlled by the Crestron system, while lighting and other devices are controlled by the Medialon system.

The aim has been to create a benchmark centre where, apart from showcasing latest products of Roca, the world’s leading brand name in bathrooms, social and cultural events, exhibitions and installations can be held.
