The activity is a “breakout”, a type of game that is increasingly popular in classrooms around the world, led by Christian Negre i Walczak, a 21st century teacher, a teacher trainer and an expert in educational “escape rooms”.
The Trade Fair, organised by IFEMA in collaboration with Educación 3.0, will be held from the 13 to the 15 November in hall 14.1 of the Feria de Madrid.
Madrid 11 October 2018. Among the many choices contained this year in the Activities Program at SIMO EDUCATION, attendees will have the chance to participate in an immersion learning experience created and developed exclusively for the fair by Christian Negre, a 21st century teacher, a teacher trainer and an expert in educational “escape rooms”.
This time it is a breakout, a variation of the popular “escape rooms”, consisting in opening a lock box by resolving different types of problems. Each game requires collaboration, critical thinking and creativity. The portability and adaptability of this type of games have made them an increasingly popular resource in classrooms around the world.
This activity, in which around 200 people will be able to participate, will take place in the Auditorium at SIMO EDUCATION, in Hall 14.1 of Feria de Madrid, on Tuesday the 13 November, from 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm.
About SIMO EDUCATION
SIMO EDUCATION, the technological event for professional teachers will be held from the 13 to 15 November, Tuesday to Thursday, at Feria de Madrid, organised by IFEMA in collaboration with EDUCACIÓN 3.0.
As every year, the Trade Fair will provide an important perspective on the latest technological tools and solutions for educational innovation, as well as to improve learning processes and school management.
SIMO EDUCATION 2018 will also have an area for Start Ups, at SIMO EDUCATION IMPULSE; for innovation in equipment and services within the initiative SIMO EDUCATION INNOVA; a highly active MAKERS area and a new section SIMO EDUCATION INSPIRES, a two-hour event where renowned experts will offer short inspirational and motivational lectures, each lasting around 20 minutes.
In addition, there will be a full program of conferences, presentations and workshops, where the new teaching and technological trends will be the main focus, as well as special sessions aimed at School Headmasters, and presentation of a selection of innovative experiences implemented in various centres in Spain, among many other activities.
