Roc Blanc Hotels Presents WELL.ING

The Roc Blanc hotel chain has just launched WELL.ING, a new concept in team building harnessing the therapeutic properties of thermal waters to improve team performance.

“The aim of this new programme is to harness the best in health therapies to reach the objective of our corporate clients, whether this be creative, motivational or simply relaxation, as well as optimizing the skills and performance of the participants,” said Roger Moragues, sales and marketing manager the Roc Blanc Hotels group.

This, according to Moragues, is the essence of WELL.ING, a new programme geared to the meetings and event industry, designed by the Andorran hotel chain owning the Termes Montbrio Hotel on the Costa Dorada (Tarragona) and the Roc Blanc Hotel in Andorra.

WELL.ING, a term stemming from the words “wellness” and “meeting”, is a programme comprising three novel packages which, combined with the basic meeting programme, are keyed to improving team performance and increasing the powers of concentration of the participants.

The three packages are as follows: WELL.ING CREATIVE, favouring the imagination and the capacity to think up new ideas; WELL.ING MOTIVATION, which eliminates physical and mental blocks to reach an established objective; and WELL.ING ZEN, which renews positive energy, relaxes and creates an overall sense of wellbeing.
