At Las Quintas, we are aware of the importance of keeping apace of the new wedding reception and event trends, without forgetting of course product quality. The risotto, boletus and wild asparagus station is one of this year’s new features: small helpings of delicious, recently-prepared risotto, served directly on individual dishes at a cocktail party or reception. All with a spectacular presentation in a vintage trolley specially decorated for the occasion – without doubt, an ideal choice for original wedding receptions or events requiring a touch of haute cuisine.

The installation of a risotto station makes for a more dynamic cocktail party. Since it is usually when the bride and groom have their pictures taken, or attend their guests and receive their felicitations, it is an ideal moment for activities that keep guests occupied, especially if there is a large number of them.

Each year, Jose Sanchez Leon comes up with a number of new ideas allowing Las Quintas’ loyal clients to innovate and personalize their events with the idea of always surprising their guests.

La Quinta de Jarama and La Quinta de Illescas are both prime venues for all types of events, since they have a banquet capacity for 30-1,200 guests and a reception capacity for 2,000, creating a cozy atmosphere for small gatherings, while having ample space to accommodate multitudinous gatherings.

La Quinta de Illescas: the venue features 24,000sqm of gardens, with centennial trees, porches and shrubs tended all year round. Recently renovated by Becara, the venue is located at km 30 on the Toledo-Illescas road, only 20min by car from Madrid.

La Quinta de Jarama: located at km 26 on the Burgos road, only 15min away by car from Madrid, this unique venue decorated by Pascua Ortega and featuring the latest technology was opened only seven years ago.
