With only three more weeks to go before the 53rd ICCA Congress, scheduled to take place in Antalya (Turkey) from 1-5 November, the 800 registration mark has already been passed.

Leading international meetings industry suppliers from 71 countries have registered for the upcoming ICCA Congress, which already is an all-time record, further demonstrating ICCA’s position as the meetings industry’s most global association.

Business Exchange
With 197 delegates signing up and pre-qualifying for the Business Exchange, ICCA’s unique lead- and value-generator for delegates, the congress has broken yet another all-time record.

ICCA CEO Martin Sirk: "Today every delegate has to demonstrate great ROI when they attend a conference. Our Business Exchange concept is designed to ensure that participating delegates go back to their offices with vital information on bids they are currently working on and a portfolio of potential new sales leads, and I’m delighted that a record number are taking advantage of this opportunity. Combine this with a world-class education programme, unique insights into the future direction of the international association sector, Expert Advice Appointments on hundreds of business topics, and the chance to network with senior executives and potential partners from all over the world, and it is no surprise that we’re expecting this to be one of the most seriously business-focused ICCA Congresses ever."

Education programme
The education programme is custom-designed every year to meet the interest of ICCA’s global mix of senior level delegates with lots of choice within every timeslot of the programme. The programme features a mix of speakers including top corporate and association meetings clients, expert business speakers from outside the meetings industry, and of course a selection of some of the most experienced ICCA members. Speakers are drawn from all regions of the world, matching the global mix and interests of the delegates.
