The Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort's management system has obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certification, after an exhaustive audit carried out by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).
The ISO 9001:2008 certification demonstrates that the Princesa Yaiza continues to be fully committed to quality, after first obtaining the UNE 182 certification (Q of ICTE).
From the start, the Princesa Yaiza – a deluxe five-star property located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote – is committed to efficient management so as to continuously improve its operational systems. To this end, the property believes that it is essential to communicate openly and frankly with its clients and partners so as to help the property's management detect opportunities for improvement. In addition, the hotel uses other tools (mystery guests, audits, improvement groups, etc.) to monitor, analyze and improve its services.
