Rayet Hotels, the company owning the Selenza Hotel in Estepona, has submitted the highest offer for the management contract of Malaga’s Palacio Miramar – seat of Malaga’s provincial court until January 2008 – during the next 30 years. The offers submitted by the five companies invited to tender for the management contract vary from 23 million euros tendered by Rayet Hotels and 18 million euros, the minimum tender.

The management contract of the new hotel will be awarded in mid-December, after the board has evaluated the tenders on the strength of the tender itself, complementary hotel services, solvency and financial planning.
