Over 400 meeting, incentive, congress, business travel and event service providers will be present at the 7th edition of the European Meetings Industry Fair (EMIF), scheduled to be held at the Brussels Expo from 19-20 March 2008.
From the 19-20 March 2008, Expo Brussels will be hosting the 7th edition of EMIF, the biggest MICE trade show in Benelux. For two days, DMCs, PCOs, venues, hotels, spa resorts, incentive houses, convention bureaux, technology vendors and audio-visual suppliers, among other exhibitors, will be showcasing their products and services.
Alongside meeting planners, conference and trade show organisers, and associations, EMIF will also be focusing on a 4th target group: governmental bodies, embassies and social, military, educational and religious associations. As in previous years, the show has received the support of all the meetings and event industry’s leading associations (MPI, SITE, BAPCO, ICCA, etc.).
One of the event’s greatest assets is its learnShops. During the two days of the show, a number of keynote speakers will be offering free seminars and case studies on new meeting technologies, innovation and trends in trade show and conference organisation, association management and related products.
Spain at EMIF
At this year’s edition of EMIF, Spain will be represented by Turespaña, the official Spanish tourist board. With offices throughout Spain, the DMC Ultramar Express Event Management will also be exhibiting at the show, as will Granada Congress & Exhibition Centre and Malaga Convention Bureau.
