Sol, a legendary beer distributed by Heineken, is currently being re-launched on a global scale.
In Spain, the Mexican beer Sol was presented through itinerante #FullSOLParty, a series of itinerant parties held at the best outdoor venues in Malaga (Real Club Mediterraneo), Valencia, Madrid (Circulo de Bellas Artes), and Barcelona, featuring live painting courtesy of Monkeyb.es’ project Rotulacionamano.com. The parties, held on Tuesdays, instantly became trending topics on Twitter.
Madrid was the third stop on this refreshing tour, with a big party – #SOLpartyMAD – featuring two personalities: the actor Santi Millan and the TV presenter Pilar Rubio, who presented the beer with humour and elegance. Bloggers and well-known faces – including the actor Roberto Drago, the actresses Natalia Verbeke and Maru Valdivieso, and the designers Carlos Díez and Brianda Fitz-James Stuart, among others – enjoyed an unforgettable sunset on the Circulo de Bellas Artes’ recently opened roof garden before the magical evening got underway.
