Malaga’s Trade Show and Congress Centre Expects to Host More than 6,500 Congress Delegates in 2008

Malaga’s Trade Show and Congress Centre will be hosting five international congresses between March and May, in which a total of 6,500 delegates are expected to participate.

Firstly, the 10th International Interactive Communication Congress Cominteractiva will be held from 12-15 March and will bring together about 600 people.

In May, four congresses will be held. The European Site Education and Networking Programme, an international congress geared to incentive programme and travel executives, organised by SITE Spain (Society of Incentive and Travel Executives) since 1973, will be held from 10-13 May, and is expected to attract 700 trade professionals.

Immediately afterwards, from 13-18 May, the congress centre will be hosting Mundo Internet 2008, a congress dedicated to technology and the information society organised by the Malaga Valley e-27 Club in collaboration with the Internet Users Association (AUI). It is hoped that 1,200 delegates will attended the 12th edition of this event. Simultaneously, around 2,500 delegates are expected to attend the 15th National Congress and the 9th International Congress of Spanish Society of General Medicine (SEMG).

Lastly, the congress centre will host an orthodontics seminar, scheduled to start on 29 May, which 1,200 delegates are expected to attend.
