Malaga to Host First Andalusian Fair Specializing in Health, Quality of Life and Sustainable Development

Malaga's Tradeshow and Congress Centre will be hosting the first edition of "Soy Natura", the only fair in Andalusia specializing in health, quality of life and sustainable development, due to be held from 16-19 April. With the participation of a broad range of segments, the event's aim is to show consumers how to lead a more sustainable way of life.

A wide range of products and services related to green consumption will be showcased at the event, which will serve as a source of information for professionals and members of the public, alike. The venue will be divided into two theme areas in which, in addition to a shopping area where visitors will be able to purchase products and engage the services provided by the exhibitors, there will different activities including education, networking and leisure for both trade professionals and the public in general.

There will be a professional exhibition area for biological products, another area for educational activities, with workshops, seminars and conferences on alternative body and mind therapies, and an area set aside for food tasting, with a restaurant serving natural and vegetarian food. Likewise, there will be a children’s area with a toy library and a programme of leisure and educational activities keyed to teaching youngsters healthy habits from an early age.

At "Soy Natura", there will be exhibitors representing segments such as biological agriculture, food and dietetics, handicrafts, associations, biobuilding, fair commerce, natural cosmetics and hygiene, outdoor sports, ecotechnology, renewable energy and recycling, eco, health and country tourism, specialized publishing houses, training, sustainable gardening, clothing and textiles, natural medicine, music, catering, and natural and alternative therapies.

Parallel programme
The programme of demonstrations and workshops will include different types of yoga, Tai Chi, laughter therapy, chakras, therapeutic stretching, meditation, relaxation techniques and massages, among others.
