Malaga to Host Congress on Quality and Environment in the Tourist Industry

Organised by the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce and Malaga City Council, the congress will be held at Malaga’s Trade Show and Congress Centre on Wednesday 28 May 2008.

Around 300 trade professionals are expected to attend the congress, which will revolve around sustainable tourism, tourist industry certificates, destination management and environmental impact, among other matters. The aim is to disseminate specific lines of action in tourist management. Attendance is free of charge, subject to confirmation.

AEHCOS and the Malaga Tourist Board are among the organisations that will disseminate the results of the congress and lend their support to specific activities.
