The Malaga Car Museum has been awarded the "T Mark" for its commitment to quality, certifying the effort it has made to improve client experience and satisfaction.

The "T Mark" is an initiative of the Spanish Tourism Institute and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Regions (FEMP) aimed at improving tourist destinations. The most important of its kind in Spain, the initiative is keyed to promoting a homogeneous level of quality at destinations. Malaga, for instance, already has 100 certified products and services just in the capital.

Furthermore, among other improvements carried out at the Malaga Car Museum, its facilities have been adapted to visitors with different disabilities, such as those with reduced mobility, the visually impaired and people with hearing impairment. Implemented thanks to the museum's commitment to quality and equality, this initiative allows the disabled to enjoy the collection in a very special way and, at the same time, singles it out as an example of an accessible museum.

Books in Braille covering the collection in detail are available free of charge at the museum's information desk. The aim of these guided tours is to provide a unique experience using different senses such as touch (touching some of the vehicles), smell (smelling their interior) and hearing (with music helping to create a unique ambience). In addition, the information plaques have been placed at a suitable height so that they can be easily read by people with mobility problems, and the stairless facilities are spacious enough for the use of wheelchairs.

On another subject, during the summer months a number of activities have been organized under the slogan "don't let the heat keep you indoors," consisting of free guided tours included in the price of entrance tickets every Saturday at 12am, and on Sundays the show "Cars in movement," also included in the price of entrance tickets, and "Practice your Spanish," geared to overseas tourists.
