Kuoni Percent Bookings up Nine Percent

Kuoni Group has recently presented its business results for the first half of 2010, in which its turnover fell by 0.2%, although several indicators have improved. The company hopes to end the year in the black, since bookings are up 9% in the last eight weeks.

The company’s turnover for the first six months of the year reached 1,756 Swiss Francs (EUR 1,316), a slight fall with respect to the same period in 2009, owing mainly to the bad results obtained in the United Kingdom, where turnover dropped by 9.4%, compared with a 1.6% increase registered in Scandinavia.
