SMEs and freelancers should use different marketing tools than those employed by large corporations so as to be able to compete in an increasingly more agressive and sophisticated marketplace.

Avante Corporate Public Relations is organizing, in collaboration with CIT Marbella, a seminar on guerilla marketing keyed to provincial enterpreneurs, scheduled to be held on 4 March. The aim of the seminar is to take a look, from a new angle, at what SMEs, freelancers and entreprenuers can do to make their business more competitive and increase sales.

Guerrilla marketing, also known as radical marketing, is well suited to the characteristics of SMEs with limited budegts and resources, which have to be exploited to their maximum benefit. For them, impact is all important and they need to maximize sales and profits, as well as reinforcing the loyality of their clients.

One of the strengths of SMEs and freelancers is their capacity to offer detailled and bespoke solutions. Likewise, they have the flexibility to change strategies and do not have to rely on mass media techniques, since they only need to reach a specific market segment. This means lower costs but also the need to be consistent, creative and committed, among other things.

Avante Corporate Public Relations specializes in corporate PR strategies, marketing and communication chiefly for SMEs on an international scale. The aim of this seminar is to offer SMEs and freelancers viable marketing alternatives and efficient solutions.
