The ICCA Iberian Chapter and RENFE have reached an agreement by which the train company will offer delegates attending the assembly and educational forum, scheduled to be held from 2-4 April, a 35% discount on train ticket prices. The idea behind this special discount is to facilitate the attendance of not only the members of the ICCA Iberian Chapter but also all those non-member MICE industry professionals interested in participating in the scheduled educational sessions and networking activities.

Furthermore, with the same objective in mind, the ICCA Iberian Chapter will also offer all those professionals who are not members of the Association Forum –which, besides the ICCA Iberian Chapter, includes the Spanish MICE industry’s chief associations: OPC España (Spanish Federation of Professional Congress Organizers, the Spanish Exhibition and Trade Show Association (AFE), the Spanish Association of Congress Centres (APCE), the Association of Spanish Destination Management Companies (SpainDMCs), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and SITE Spain– a discount on registration fees.

Keys for improving business
It goes without saying that, in addition to these discounts, the event’s chief lure is its educational sessions, addressing aspects such as new market research and meeting formats. In designing the programme, the idea has been to offer eminently practical keynotes and debates and that the participants have access to ideas and key tools to improve business expectations, both in the association and corporate meeting markets.

The event will be held at the Gerona Auditorium and Congress Centre from 2-4 April.
