Ibiza Gran Hotel Hails in New Season with Exclusive Hospitality Offerings

The luxury Ibizan property is reopening this Easter with many new features, including a reinforced guest experience team.

The "White Island’s" exclusive art-hotel is putting the finishing touches on its offering for the coming season. In its 7th season, starting on 15 April the luxury property intends to mark a "before" and "after" with respect to the rest of the hotels of the island through its unique approach to guest service and hospitality.

To this end, Ibiza Gran Hotel has its own guest experience team, made up of experts in Ibiza and guest hospitality whose mission is to discover the meaning that the phrase "live a unique and exclusive experience" has for each guest, providing him or her all that is needed to make his or her particular dreams come true.

Each and every one of the initiatives implemented by the new guest experience team is keyed to tailoring the experience of each guest in his or her own hotel suite, all of the facilities and restaurants of Ibiza Gran Hotel and, needless to say, above all on the island.

Among other new initiatives for this new season, the hotel features new works of art that will not go unnoticed. A good example is the new painting on glass occupying 40sqm at the luxury Open Spa, designed by the artist Miguel Gomez Losada. New ingredients, such as gold and silver, in the rituals of Open Spa Collection, and new flavours combining the culinary essence of Ibiza with the latest international tendencies, including signature dishes such as the lobster grand club sandwich, wild sole with Tobiko eggs and lemon juice, and the kefir yogurt bavarois with fig jelly, among many other surprises that Ibiza Gran Hotel has in store for its guests.
