Hotel Occupancy on the Costa del Sol Reaches 67.30% in April

According to official figures, hotel occupancy on the Costa del Sol reached 67.30% in April. With regard to Easter week, which fell at the beginning of the month, occupancy reached 61.44% from 1-4 April, 89.57% from 5-7, and 59.87% on 8th of the month.

These statistics are for a total of 1,506,996 overnight stays. As to the visitor’s nationality, 34.52% were Spanish, 29.74% English, 7.15% German, 4.41% French, followed by Scandinavians, Italians and Belgium tourists (3.44%, 3.29% and 3.23%, respectively).
