Hacienda Benazuza El Bulli Hotel Reopens for 2010 Season on 18 March

After completing the maintenance work that a property as old as this luxury hotel requires on a yearly basis so as to ensure the excellent service and facilities to which its clients are accustomed, the legendary Hacienda Benazuza will be reopening on 18 March. As in previous years, Ferran Adria and his team will continue in their advisory role at the hotel’s La Alqueria restaurant, which currently boasts two Michelin stars and will be open for dinner from Tuesdays to Saturdays (booking is essential).
