The congress centre continues to strengthen its ties with Spain’s leading figures in the political, economic, artistic and scientific spheres.

The Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA) has taken a further step in consolidating its ties with leading figures in provincial, regional and national arena. The centre has just joined the Siglo XXI Mediterranean Forum, an association serving as a platform for debate in which politicians, economists, artistes and scientists address current and future socioeconomic and cultural trends.

FYCMA has joined the association with the aim of contributing to corporate and intellectual development with its experience in the tradeshow and congress industry. Likewise, it presents the centre with the opportunity to share its insights with others, as well as establishing new agreements and synergies with them.

Meeting with key players from very different sectors will help FYCMA in future bids, adding new disciplines to its tradeshow and congress agenda, as well as consolidating existing shows and events.

The members of the Siglo XXI Mediterranean Forum hold meetings periodically. A distinguished guest is invited to each meeting to offer members his or her vision of current affairs, future perspectives and experiences in the corporate world and the sector in which he or she works.

The association was established in Malaga in 2004 as an exclusive forum by a group of CEOs and entrepreneurs. Afterwards, the association was opened to new members and corporate partners. It currently has 60 members and over 40 partners.

By joining the forum, FYCMA continues to strengthen its contacts with provisional, regional, national and international agencies with the aim reinforcing and favouring local commerce through its activities.
