FITUR’s Social Networks: a Meeting Point for Tourism Makers

The Trade Show’s social profiles on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn emphasise the value of tourism makers.

#FITUR2015, a meeting platform for social network professionals of the International Tourism Trade Show organised by IFEMA, scheduled to be held from 28 January-1 February at Feria de Madrid, will be dedicated to tourism makers, who day after day contribute to building one of the world’s largest industries. The event’s social networks will not only be a point of inspiration for the general public and a space for active networking among professionals, but also the mouthpiece for those who work to make travel a sustainable, diversified, innovative and efficient sector.

Each week, the FITUR will publish video interviews of the industry’s chief players, fostering professional debate on the most important issues covered in each one of them through FITUR’s LinkedIn group, and linking content to the online app of the exhibitor catalogue’s scheduled meeting function.

The first to be interviewed in this series will be Carlos Lopez (director and partner of Kuoni Spain), Coralia Pino (ITH and head of FITURGREEN), Manuel Lopez (director of Intermundial Seguros), Luca Bocci (Norway Tourism), and Patricia Miralles (ITH and head of FITURTECH).

On the tourismmakers.com website, FITUR will be posting and archiving video interviews, previouslt disseminated among FITUR’s 100,000+ followers on the social networks.
