For the 65th Congress of the Spanish Association of Paediatrics, held at the Exhibition and Congress Centre of Santiago de Compostela from 1-3 June 2017, Externa supplied a team of up to 80 event staff of both sexes.
Externa’s staff acted as ushers during the scientific sessions, workshops, and administrative meetings, among others, as well as handling the printing and handing out of badges, access control with scanners, preparing and handing out documentation, and staffing the stands of companies such as Nestlé, Pfizer, Artiach, Dodot, Aboca, and Nutribén, among others, at the commercial exhibition.
Furthermore, they also attended to VIPs/speakers during the committee’s private sessions and handled the audiovisual secretariat, transfers from the congress’ official hotels, lunch attendance control with scanners, transfers from the airport and the train station, cloakroom services, and ushering at the gala dinner.
