Eventisimo handles full organization of Altadis annual sales meeting

The week-long event was held in Huelva.

Eventisimo recently handled the full organization of Altadis’ 2015 Annual Sales Meeting, which took place at the Barcelo Resort de Punta Umbria (Huelva) from 25-29 May.

The comprehensive week-long programme began with two plenary sessions featuring a scenography created using videomapping, designed and produced by Eventisimo’s 3D animation department. This scenography adapted to the convention’s keynotes and reacted to the content of the presentations. The most representative moment in this regard was the presentation of the tobacco company’s new sales tool, when the backdrop literally opened and a drone flew out, hovering over the attendees before depositing the said tools in the hands of the speaker – a spectacular moment that was much applauded by the company’s sales team.

During the week, the convention’s programme was full of training sessions held in breakout rooms, with some 19 daily meetings being held simultaneously during a seven-hour period. This intensive programme was accompanied by themed team-building activities every day, in addition to three theme parties.

Entertainment included a performance by the monologist Sara Escudero and a Hawaiian party on the beach. There was also a closing party whose theme was the 1920s, for which a casino was recreated featuring real gaming tables (although no money changed hands), two live concerts, themed choreographies, a magic show, gifts, and other leisure activities.
