Users can now send the same request for proposal to several service providers, agencies, or venues at the same time.
So as save users hassle and time, Event Planner Spain – one of the leading meeting and event resources in Spain and Morocco – has upgraded its free request for proposal (RFP) system so that they can send, in a simple and quick fashion, the same request to several providers, agencies or venues at the same time.
So as to send the same RFP to the providers, agencies or venues of their choice, after first filtering listings by the type of company and location, users only have to check the box "Select", located in lower right hand corner under each listing:
Check boxes and click on the Send button
Once the service providers, agencies or venues have been selected, all users then have to do is click on the pink "Send email to selected supplies" button, located above and below each list of 50 service providers, agencies, or venues.
After that, it’s as simple as filling in the form and clicking on the "Send" button:
