Continuing its international expansion process, Cooltra opened its second delegation in Brazil last weekend.
The aim of the new delegation in Rio de Janeiro is to provide tourists with efficient urban mobility solutions, making the most of the know-how that the Spanish firm has acquired over the last eight years in 100 delegations all over Europe.
The delegation will offer scooter and electric bike rental services, among others, in addition to guided tours for tourists, a fun way of getting to know the destination by letting them experience a bit of local flavour. That is to say, "so that tourists feel at home," in the words of Timo Buetefisch, the company’s founder.
Opening
On 6 December, Cooltra celebrated the opening of its new delegation in Rio de Janeiro with a grand electric scooter tour on Copacabana Beach. The event was a great success with the guests, all of whom were especially interested in sustainable mobility and the use of clean energy sources.
