The Portuguese capital, a destination newly conquered by the event and adventure firm Exploramas with its Enigma iPad activity, was the stage for converting a transfer for 90 people into a fun experience.

A selfie with Pessoa; an enigma involving the earthquake of 1755; or a street performance of the famous legend of the Portuguese rooster; all this was included in an experience designed to allow a group of employees from a biotechnology multinational to get to know Lisbon.

The activity known as Enigma iPad, an urban gymkhana created by Exploramas, was used in this case to convert the transfer of the participants from their hotel to the dinner venue into a great experience.

"They asked us for an experience that allowed them to use a transfer to get to know the destination," explained Manuel Araujo, director of Exploramas and, to this respect, "our Enigma iPad is a guarantee of success."

Even in a new destination for Exploramas, such as Lisbon, "our experiences can be adapted to each client and incorporate the destination as a value," stressed Araujo, "which allows us to stage our events in any place."

This was the case of Princeton (USA) at the end of 2013, and also this year in Alicante and Lisbon, two destinations that now form part of Exploramas’ staple offerings.

As regards the Portuguese experience, the participants discovered some of secrets of Lisbon’s old town.

This was possible through gaming and competition, "meeting challenges and solving fun enigmas revolving around Portuguese history and culture," explained the CEO of Exploramas when describing an event that involved the use of iPads equipped with Moove technology, which were given to each team.

With offices in Malaga and Barcelona, Exploramas is a corporate firm with over 14 years of experience in the business, specializing in the creation, design and organization of incentive, corporate team-building, adventure, and CSR activities.
