Distinguished Pastry Chef Faustino Helguera at Gran Hotel Cervantes

The recently refurbished Gran Hotel Cervantes hosted the distinguished and famous pastry chef Tino Helguera last October.

At the presentation of a well-known brand of cacao of which Helguera is ambassador, the famous pastry chef prepared a number of dishes with different varieties of cacao – mainly related to Christmas themes and decoration – before an audience of 100 people.

Helguera posed for a photograph in the kitchens with the hotel's sales and management team, and signed the book of honour, before presenting his culinary creations in the Gran Hotel Cervantes' recently refurbished function rooms.

This has been one of the most important events held in the hotel's revamped meeting and event facilities in October.
