Customized yogurts and "super food" new novelties on Ibiza Gran Hotel breakfast menu

Those concerned about their health – or weight – even during their holidays, will find their best ally in the Ibiza Gran Hotel’s buffet breakfast. In addition to succulent offerings, such as the chocolate fountain, the new artisanal bread section (with over 20 types), the waffle station, and the fresh sausage section, the kitchen staff has introduced a novelty this season making for the most complete and healthy breakfast on the island.

One of the season’s novelties as regards healthy eating is the yoghurt station, where clients can customize their own helpings, choosing between Greek yoghurt and natural low-fat yoghurt. Afterwards, they can add all types of syrups (raspberry, mango, agave, etc.) and toppings, featuring berries (cranberries, currants, raspberries and blackberries) and organic muesli.

Furthermore, so as to boost the nutritional qualities of yoghurt, the buffet now includes a range of "super foods", omnipresent in new dietetic tendencies, due to their numerous health benefits – for instance, maca (a root from the Peruvian Andes with properties that energize and benefit the nervous system) and spirulina (a member of the blue-green algae family and an important source of vitamins, proteins and minerals), to name but a few.
