The company has introduced this service to satisfy the needs of its clients for quick and easy access to an increasingly greater volume of information about hotels, venues and activities.
This new service, which is now functioning, offers clients the possibility of obtaining all the information they need to organize an event, as well as an general quote, taking into account the destination, accommodation, the number of attendees and leisure activities, all in a few seconds. This system is keyed to the Convention Express formula: closer destinations linked by high-speed train, strategically located hotels, and shorter stays. On choosing a destination, dates, the number of attendee, accommodation, a venue and leisure activities, the system generates a quote fully adapted to the needs of the client.
