The Cadiz Tourist Board, through its Convention Bureau, has just organised a fam trip for a multinational group of 22 professional congress organisers. The two-day trip included visits to different places and venues in Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Cadiz.
From the 25-27 February, 22 professional congress organisers representing 14 countries, including the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Denmark, Czech Republic and Hungary, visited Cadiz to familiarise themselves with the province’s meetings and event industry venues, products and services. The programme included visits to Bodegas Valdivia, the Museos de la Atalaya, the Cadiz Congress Centre and the Natural Park of La Suara.
The Cadiz Convention Bureau will be continuing talks with the fam trip’s participants at Fitur, scheduled to be held from 30 January-3 February, with the aim of generating business for the province’s event industry.
