Barcelona’s Auditori AXA Renews ISO 9001:2000 Certification

This month, the AXA Auditorium has managed to renew its UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard certification, awarded by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.

The corresponding audit has certified that the centre complies strictly with end-user requirements, as well as those related to the evaluation and control of all the services that it provides and the continuous improvements implemented in different processes.

Due to the imminent regulatory changes, the challenge facing the AXA Auditorium in 2010 will consist in adapting its facilities and services to the new regulations, which will be audited internally during the first quarter of 2010.
