There is also the possibility of offering public IPs for establishing internal VNP server connections.
2. Audio conferencing: the Polycom telephone system allows for high quality audio conferences, without background noise, between different venues. The system that the Barcelo Renacimiento currently has in place can be used for conferences with a maximum of eight participants in basic mode and a maximum of 20 participants in advanced mode.
3. Videoconferencing: a system featuring a 40" TV, laptop and HD camera.
4. Digital signage: used for providing information about the events taking place at the hotel. Furthermore, it is used for identifying the property’s different meeting rooms and helping guests find their way, and can also integrate video.
