Great Place to Work, the global research, consulting and training firm, has identified the AR Diamante Beach Spa & Convention Centre hotel complex as the Best Workplace in Spain 2016 in the 50-100 employee category.
Once again, the confidence that the staff at the AR Diamante Beach Spa & Convention Centre place in their workplace has situated the hotel complex at the top of the ranking of the 50 Best Workplaces in Spain. After coming third last year, in the 2016 edition it has come first (in the 50-100 employee category), obtaining the gold medal in this ranking created by the global research, consulting and training firm Great Place to Work, among the 325 companies or different sizes and sectors analyzed.
The AR Diamante Beach Spa & Convention Centre thus becomes, alongside other companies such as Brico Depôt, Mars España, Cisco, and W.L. Gore y Asociados, an example to follow for other firms, a benchmark for the country’s business fabric, which despite the economic situation has managed to maintain a high level of productivity and profitability thanks to the culture of confidence.
