The AR Diamante Beach****s Spa Hotel & Convention Centre has been officially re-classified as 4-star superior after being awarded 687 points in a recent assessment by the Department of Tourism.
The hotel has upgraded its official star rating after completing a self-assessment questionnaire followed by an inspection by Tourism officials. The Diamante Beach achieved a total of 687 points, surpassing the 650 points required to obtain the 4-star superior rating. The Management’s decision to pursue the 4* superior ranking was motivated by our company’s policy of continuous improvement and our desire to face new challenges.
Among the hotel’s strong points that have helped us to succeed are: the availability of adapted rooms for wheelchair users and the high level of accessibility throughout the hotel, continued investment in improving the rooms and facilities, our à la carte restaurant Audrey’s by Rafa Soler, our SPA facilities and the wide variety of treatments on offer, as well as our meetings and events facilities which are suited to any kind of celebrations. The hotel is also certified with the “Q” for Quality and Excellence in Tourism.
