Talent Woman 2019 announces the first edition of its awards with the aim of highlighting the initiatives and projects that address the female trajectory in technological and innovative terms. Thus, the works can compete in the business categories, teacher and student initiatives, creative proposals and research until Friday 22 November. The event will take place in Malaga on the 28th and 29th of this month, when the awards accrediting the distinction will be presented.

The second edition of Talent Woman, the great Spanish event on female talent and leadership in the STEAM disciplines - science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics - will award prizes to the best projects that approach this concept in a novel and original way. Thus, the categories in which the contributions may compete are business, teacher and student initiatives, creative proposals and the best scientific trajectory.

The winning entries will receive a trophy accrediting their distinction within the framework of Talent Woman, which will be held on 28 and 29 November at FYCMA (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga). To do so, they will have to be submitted through the registration form hosted on the website of the event, where you can also find the full rules of participation, until Friday 22 of this month.

The jury is made up of representatives of the City of Malaga, the Andalusian Government through the Ministry of Economy, Knowledge, Business and University, as well as the project Woman Digital, the University of Malaga (UMA), Unicaja Foundation, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), Repsol and Rupture Events. The members of the panel will deliberate the award before the event according to the criteria set out in the bases as the sector addressed and thematic, originality, clarity of exposition or interest for the contents of the forum. It should be noted that the projects selected as finalists, as well as the winner, will be published on the Talent Woman website and in their social network profiles.

The meeting, whose first edition in 2018 brought together more than 4,000 participants, is consolidated as the main Spanish event around the promotion of leadership and female talent in the field of disciplines STEAM.
