FYCMA (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga) begins its international promotion plan for 2019 tomorrow with participation in the European Meeting & Events Conference (EMEC19), promoted by MPI, one of the main sector associations linked to the field of professional event organisation. The conference will take place in the Dutch city of The Hague.

From Friday 8 to Tuesday 12 February, commercial representatives of the Palace will be able to expand their network of contacts through coexistence with more than 400 prescribers from some twenty countries. Together with this, they will have access to a series of conferences and activities that will address the great challenges of the sector, an opportunity to advance trends and guide FYCMA's strategy in terms of marketing its facilities and services, as well as attracting strategic events for the city.

Under the slogan 'Changing the game', EMEC19 offers attendees a four-day programme in which topics relating to risk management, creative design, leadership and the perspectives of meetings from other sectors will be debated. In this way, through conferences and immersion sessions, these conferences provide a very favourable environment for participants to get to know the new formats demanded by the market and to be able to update and boost their business.

It is worth mentioning that MPI brings together a community of more than 60,000 professionals from all over the world. The aims of the organisation, to which FYCMA is a member, include the promotion of training and the generation of knowledge around the professional organisation of events, as well as the exchange of experiences and the establishment of contacts between specialised agents in the international sphere.
