Spain to Host International World Wide Web Conference WWW2009

More than 2,000 trade professionals from all over the world will be attending the International World Wide Web Congress WWW2009, scheduled to be held at Madrid’s Congress Centre from 20-24 April 2009, to promote and disseminate the Web’s multiple aspects.

Next year, Madrid will play host to the 18th International World Wide Web Congress WWW2009, organised by the Polytechnic University of Madrid, in collaboration with AETIC, AUTELSI and the CTIC Foundation. The event’s main objective is to promote and disseminate the Web’s different aspects, such as its corporative and social uses, its accessibility, business models, and data architecture. More than 2,000 trade professionals and researchers are expected to attend the event.
