Lastly, the 4th Ordinary Plenary Session of the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly was held at FIBES from 12-15 May, with the attendance of 300 representatives from 50 countries (the 27 EU Member States, plus those of Latin America). The event included the meetings of the permanent committees of the Assembly (those for Political Affairs, Security and Human Rights; Economic, Financial and Commercial Affairs; Social Affairs, Human Exchanges, Environment and Culture) and the 4th Ordinary Plenary Session.
