Santos Group Buys Miramar Palace

Promur, a division of the Santos Group, has recently bought Malaga’s Miramar Palace for 21.5 million euros, with the aim converting the building into the city’s first five-star hotel. The building’s conversion and reconditioning will last two years, although the company has yet to establish when work will begin.

Once finalised, the new five-star grand luxe hotel will have between 200-250 rooms, a convention centre, function rooms, a spa centre, a shopping arcade and gardens, among other facilities and services.
