From 19-21 October, Santander will host the 51st edition of the AEDIPE congress, which the attendance of approximately 400 professionals, including HR directors, directors general, scholars, and social agents.
The annual congress of Aedipe, an association with 3500 professional members from 2000 Spanish firms, is a platform for analysing new forms of HR and talent management.
At this year’s edition of the congress, the accent will be put on how to develop both the commitment of employees to company objectives and that of companies to the needs and welfare of their employees, in addition to that of organizations to society through CSR programmes.
Last year saw a 4% increase in the number of congresses, conventions, seminars, meetings, and incentive trips held in Santander, totalling 327 events with nearly 50,000 delegates (specifically, 49,797), who generated 117,573 overnight stays. And the outlook for 2017 is optimistic.
