Ljubljana to Host Conventa Southeast Europe's First Mice Exhibition

Conventa, Southeast Europe's 1st MICE exhibition, is due to be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 22-23 January 2009, with the expected attendance of 120 key suppliers and 200 hosted buyers.

Organized by the Slovenian Convention Bureau, Conventa is Slovenia’s answer to the growing interest shown by buyers attending EIBTM in new value-for-money destinations. Scheduled to be held at Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre from 22-23 January, the two-day event will have an interesting programme of keynotes and networking opportunities. Likewise, a series of fam trips, including a guided walking tour of Ljubljana, and tours of Bled, Portoroz and Istria (Croacia), have been organized before, during and after the event.
