After it recent launch, Quality Club – Cadiz's tourism quality club – already has over 70 members, including hotels, restaurants, and leisure and sports venues that stand out for their uniqueness and excellent service and facilities, available at www.qualityclubcadiz.com.
The initiative involves more than 70 Cadiz-based companies that have have undertaken to offer club members value-added extras as a way of cultivating the loyalty of frequent tarvellers with a greater than average spending power.
The club's website – www.qualityclubcadiz.com – provides members with information on associated establishments so as to help them plan their trip or stay, as well as a hotel and service booking engine, including car rental and green fees, among other things.
Quality Club membership is free and all that is required of those interested in joining the club is to fill in a form. In exchange, members obtain many benefits, such as free spa treatments, welcome gifts at wineries or hotel room upgrades.
Associated establishments will display an exclusive club logo and there will be displays with registration forms at reception, in the lobby or in guest rooms. After filling in the registration form, members will receive a card with their name, member number and user name and password to access the reserved area.
Nicole Lehmkuhl, the person responsible for the project, has explained that, after creating an online hotel booking engine, the website is now up and running in four languages and with over 70 associates, with the same number in the process of being included in the system.
The project is managed by Quality Club Spain, S.L., a company created to introduce, market and develop "Quality Club Cadiz, Calidad Turística", offering the kind of quality standards that encourage clients to return to Cadiz.
The project has has the support of the Provincial Tourism Board of the Cadiz Provinicial Government and the Andalusian Public Enterprise for Tourism and Sports Management.
